These terms apply to your use of the Istanbul Helicopter Charter website and to the coordination services we provide. By using the site or requesting a quote, you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement. Services are offered subject to availability and applicable law.

Istanbul Helicopter Charter acts as a coordination platform. We accept quote requests, confirm availability with licensed operators, and arrange logistics. We do not own or operate aircraft. The actual flight is performed by a licensed third-party operator. We do not display prices on the site; all pricing is quote-based and confirmed on request.

• Availability — Availability is confirmed on request and is not guaranteed. Flights are subject to operator capacity, weather and regulations.
• No affiliation — We are not affiliated with any hotel, resort, restaurant or brand unless explicitly stated.
• Operators — Flights are performed by licensed third-party operators. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions once the flight is contracted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the coordination fee (if any) you have paid to us. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, or for the acts of operators, weather, or delays. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Türkiye, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
